It was great to see everyone back at the Ballpark last year and we look forward to welcoming you back this season! We know a lot has changed, but our commitment to our fans stays the same: We aim to provide a safe, clean, and fan-friendly environment for you to enjoy Giants Baseball.
Excite Ballpark Gates open one (1) hour prior to first pitch to the General Public, and one hour 15 minutes prior to first pitch for Season Ticket Members.
Advanced online ticket sales will continue to be encouraged prior to the day of the game. However, there will be walk-up tickets available for day of game purchases or during regular business hours. The Excite Ballpark Box Office will be open for ticket sales on game days starting five hours before first pitch and closing 1 1/2 hours after first pitch. On non-game days, the inside Box Office is open Monday-Friday 10 am - 5 pm.
The Excite Ballpark grandstand and group areas have been returned to full capacity seating! Please note that previous year's "General Admission" seating has remained as Bowl Reserved seats. This means that every person entering the ballpark has a ticketed seat location.
Ballpark staff will be stationed at each section to ensure attendees are accessing the correct seating areas.
